Certificate Programme

  Form Four (CSEE) Certificate Possession of at least four (4) passes, including one subject in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography or Mathematics) in the Certificate of Ordinary Level Secondary Education Examination (CSEE), except Religious Subjects. OR

  NVA Level III or Equivalent Possession of the National Vocational Award (NVA) Level III or equivalent, with at least two D passes in CSEE, except Religious Subjects.

Diploma Programme

  NTA Level 4 Possession of a Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in Fire and Safety Management. OR
• 2
  Form Six (ACSEE) or Equivalent Possession of the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with at least one Principal Pass and one Subsidiary in form six subjects, except Religious Subjects.

  Apply for Admission Create a new account using Create New Account, then log in to the Applicant Portal. Select your desired programme (Certificate or Diploma) and initiate your application.

  Pay Application Fees After initiating your application, you will be issued a control number. Use the control number to pay the required application fee through the designated payment channels (e.g. bank, mobile money). Keep your payment receipt for reference.

  Fill & Submit the Application Form Return to the Applicant Portal and complete all sections of the application form — personal details, education background, programme choice, and supporting documents. Review everything carefully, then click Submit to send your application.

  Receive & Enter Verification Code A verification code will be sent to your registered email or phone number. Enter the code in the portal to confirm and finalise your application.

  Track Your Application Status Log in to the Applicant Portal at any time to check the status of your application. You will be notified of any updates through the portal and your registered contact.
